Wiltshire Medical Services (WMS) and Aster Living are working in partnership, to provide telecare and response services for people across Wiltshire, 24 hours a day, all year round.

Chippenham based WMS provides the GP out of hours service across Wiltshire, managing medical problems that arise, when your GP surgery is closed.

Devizes-based Aster Living employs care and support staff, that provide a wide range of services across West Berkshire, Devon and Cornwall, Dorset, Hampshire, Somerset and Wiltshire.

In Partnership, they provide telecare alarms, for people within their own homes, so that if they need help in a situation, the alarm can be pressed and the team will automatically know who you are, where you live and who to contact in an emergency.

We also have a range of sensors, that help you stay safe at home, by letting the team know if there is a problem, without you having to do anything.

We can provide regular phone contact to support and reassure you in your home.

Many thousands of mobile phones are lost or stolen each year in the UK. With your help, we can make your phone safer and reduce mobile phone crime.
The National Mobile Phone Register already holds the details of over 17 million phones. Add your details to protect your phone and help the National Mobile Phone Crime Unit stop criminals.

How:

Register:

Free service, where you can register your phone. When you register, you will need to enter your contact details and your phone's 15 digit IMEI number (Phone's unique serial number - normally underneath the ba ttery in your phone, but on most phones it can also be viewed by pressing *#06#)
Once you have registered, you will have a better chance of getting your mobile phone back if it is lost or stolen.

Report:

If your phone is lost or stolen, report it to your network operator as soon as possible. To find the right number for your network, call our Immobilise Information Line on the given number. Doing this will enable us to block both your sim card and your handset.
If your phone is recovered you will be contacted and told your phone is safe.
